Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery method: This product is carried by STO Express, the designated carrier of Phynova.
  2. Delivery time: This product is sent directly from the United States and is normally delivered within 10 working days.
  3. Delivery information: Due to cross-border e-commerce customs clearance, please provide your accurate name and ID card information. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any additional customs clearance costs.

Return Policy: 

  1. Due to the nature of dietary supplement and cross-border ecommerce, Phynova will agree to returns on a case by case basis only and it may not always be possible.  If you would like to return your product, please contact our Customer Service Team on support@reducose.com within 14 days of placing your order for further information and advice.
  2. Phynova is committed to providing its customers with products that meet their customers’ needs. However, we understand that there may be occasions when the items may not have been delivered correctly and may be damaged.  In cases such as this, we will issue a replacement to be sent for the damaged goods.  To ensure the hygiene and safety of health supplements, please carefully check the packaging and the expiry date of the goods. We always ensure that our products leave our warehouse in good condition, however if you are in any way dissatisfied with the condition of your delivery please contact our Customer Service Team immediately on support@reducose.com for further information and advice.
  3. We are unable to refund any products that have been used or that have had their packaging removed.
  4. We are only able to accept returns and refunds from products that have been purchased directly from us.
  5. In the event of a refund, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order.
  6. We are not able to accept returns without any prior correspondence to discuss the issue.  Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@reducose.com.
  7. Dietary supplements should be used in strict accordance with the instructions. This product does not replace medicine or any advice provided by your doctor. Please do not take the product if you have any contraindication as listed on the product packaging.
